Lamb Portion Guide

Lamb     Amount to allow per person

Roast Leg or Shoulder
     Bone-in     6 to 8 ounces
     Boneless     about 1/4 pound
 
Rack of Lamb or Rib Roast     2 ribs
 
Crown Roast     2 ribs per serving
 
Chops
     Shoulder     1 chop
     Loin     1 chop
     Rib     2 chops
